  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5–12 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer during high-volume seasons, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Your shipping location

  • The weight of your order

  • The shipping method selected

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship it once the correct address is provided

  • The customer may be responsible for paying reshipping fees


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees.
These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Assist with replacement or refund options depending on the situation

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your item cannot be shipped to your region, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
